Dimethyl Carbonate Synthesis by Oxidative Carbonylation with Cu-Based Complex Catalyst

摘要

Cu-based complex catalyst for dimethyl carbonate (DMC) synthesis by oxidative carbonylation of methanol in the liquid-phase was reported. The reaction performance and stability of Cu-based complex catalyst was studied. The influence of factors, such as stir speed, reaction temperature, catalyst concentration, reaction pressure and reaction time on reaction had been discussed. Experiment results indicated that under the selected reaction conditions (100-110°C, stir speed more than 750 r/min, 3.5 MPa, 15 g-Catalyst/100 mL-MeOH, 6 h), the conversion of methanol could achieve 24% and the selectivity of DMC could exceed 97%, and Cu-based catalyst could be recycled.
