Porous titania films prepared in aqueous solution

摘要

Porous anatase TiO2 films were deposited on SnO2: F substrates in an aqueous solution containing ammonium hexafluorotitanate ([NH4]2TiF6) and boric acid (H 3BO3) at 50 °C. The thickness increased as deposition time increased. The films were composed of multi-needle particles. Surface of the films showed large roughness due to nano/micro-asperity of the particles. The films showed high intensity of 0004 X-ray diffraction because the needles elongated along the c-axis. Surface morphology of the constituent TiO 2 particles contributed to high specific surface area of the films. The porous TiO2 film has a great potential as a highly sensitive electrodes for the biomolecule sensors.
