摘要
The effects of one-step aging, low-temperature-high-temperature two-step aging and heating rate in aging process on microstructure and mechanical properties of Ti-10V-2Fe-3Al titanium alloy after high temperature deformation were investigated. The results showed that the low-temperature-high-temperature two-step aging was effective to yield the α + β phase of uniform and fine dispersion, and the pre-precipitated isothermal ω phase provided more uniform nucleation position for precipitation of α phase than one-step aging so as to improve the alloy tensile strengthen greatly. During heating process of low heating rates (0.1°C·s-1), a very finely dispersed isothermal co-phase could precipitate sufficiently so as to provide more advantageous nucleation position to precipitate very fine a phase of plate style, and the strengthening effect was the same with that of low-temperature-high-temperature two-step aging.
