Synthesis of AH high performance water reducer and study of its action mechanism

摘要

The hydroxyl-carboxyl sulphonated aminophenol (AH) high performance water reducer was synthesized by introducing salicylic acid into polymer. The influence of monomer mole ratios, reaction temperature, reaction time, pH value, the concentration of monomer on the performance of AH high performance water reducer was investigated. The molecular structure of AH high performance water reducer was studied by IR and GPC. The study of surface tension, foaming capacity and ξ potential of cement particles reveals the action mechanism of AH high performance water reducer on the surface of cement particles. The steric hindrance, electrostatic repulsive force contribute to its excellent dispersing performance.
