Unbalance Disturbance Rejection Control for Flywheel Energy Storage Device with Magnetic Bearings

摘要

The flywheel energy storage device requires the vibration of the rotor to be as small as possible at the time of operation, but due to the machining accuracy, the rotor must have a certain dynamic and unbalance, thus generating unbalanced vibration. The rotor of flywheel energy storage device is controlled by magnetic bearing. The key to suppress vibration is the design of magnetic bearing controller. This article first to mathematical modeling of magnetic bearing, then mathematical analysis on the vibration and impact, on the basis of the analysis put forward iterative search for compensation and two iterative learning control method, then the two methods is verified by the simulation of vibration has certain inhibitory effect.
