Abstract

A new service life extension method was proposed based on the intelligent motion control. A motion control model was established based on the torque-based neural network impedance control, then the simulation and comparison with traditional control method were performed. The results show that this new controller perfectly matchs the load changing, lowers the probability of damage occurrence and damage growth rate, then the service life of slewing bearing is extended.
